摘要： 清华大学生物系基因组研究所 ,在校内改建SPF动物实验设施一处。对设计思路及改建实施方案、IVC笼具的特点及使用要求做了介绍 ,同时还总结了改建实验动物设施的经验

Abstract: The animal experiment room was reconstructed in order to support the research in gene function in the biology department of Tsinghua University. It is located on the first floor of the Biology building and about 130m 2 in area, This essay is mostly introduced the designs in general and plans of reconstruction about animal experiment room. Next discuss the experience of the reconstruction work.
