Abstract: In this paper, thirteen biochemical loci of alleles distributed over nine chromosomes of the TMU mice have been surveied and determined by electrophoresis of cellulese acitate film of isoenzyme and isoprotein. To observe genetic purity and genetic distribution on these loci. The result showed that alleles on determined loci are all homozygotes. Further, one aspect on genetic purity of biochemical marker demonstrats that the TMU-mice have been up to inbred strains.

摘要: 本文采用同功酶及异构蛋白醋酸纤维素膜电泳法,对分布在TMU小黑鼠9个染色体上的13个生化基因位点进行检测,以观察其在生化基因位点上的遗传纯度及遗传基因分布。结果表明,TMU小黑鼠在检测位点上的等位基因全部为纯合子。进而从生化标记基因的遗传纯度方面证实该品系动物已达到近交系要求。
