Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of low dietary calcium intake during pregnancy on the breeding capacity of rats.Methods: 24 pregnant rats of Wister strain(6 month old,280～300g each)were randomly divided into 3 groups of 8 for each. During pregnancy period,the control group was fed with 0.8% Calcium,the experimental group A and group B were given a 0.03% Calcium diet(Ca deficient)and distilled water.At the beginning and at the end of the experiment,serum Ca,P and AKP of rats in each group were measured,respectively.The data including the breeding rate of each group were statistically processed.Results: The breeding rate of the experimental group A and group B was 6/16 and the breeding rate of the control group was 7/8( P <0 025).Serum Ca from rats in the experimental group A and group B was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0 01).Conclusion: This experimental study suggested that low dietary Calcium intake during pregnancy had adverse effect on the breeding capacity of rats.

摘要： 为探讨低钙饮食摄入对大鼠繁殖能力的影响 ,以Wistar鼠 2 4只 ,交配见栓后随机分为对照组、实验A组和实验B组 ,每组 8只。对照组妊娠期进食含钙量为 0 8%的正常饮食。实验A、B组进食含钙量为 0 0 3%的低钙饮食。实验前和实验结束后 ,分别取颈血行血清钙、磷和碱性磷酸酶测定。统计出产率。结果为实验A、B组和对照组的出产率分别为 6/ 1 6和 7/ 8。卡方检验有显著差异 (P <0 0 2 5)。实验A、B组血清钙值低于对照组 ,t test有非常显著的差异 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :妊娠期低钙饮食摄入对大鼠的出产率有不利影响
