Abstract: Chicken infectious anaemia disease is caused by chicken anaemia virus(CAV).It seems to have a worldwide distribution both in meat-type and egg-laying chickens of all ages,as well as infects SPF chickens.CAV is non-enveloped,icosahedral DNA virus with a single-stranded,circular genome of 2.3kb.It transmits both vertically and horizontally.It causes a syndrome in chicken characterized by increased mortality,astrophy of the haematopoietic tissues in the born marrow,subcutaneous and intramuscular haemorrhages,immunosuppression as a result of the lymphoid system,skin lesions et al.Only one serotype of CAV has been found in the world.Both clinical and subclinical diseases lead to severely economic losses.

摘要： 鸡贫血病毒是鸡传染性贫血病的病原。世界各国不同年龄的肉用型和蛋用型鸡均可发病 ,也可感染SPF鸡。鸡贫血病毒无囊膜、二十面体、单链环形DNA病毒 ,基因组长度为 2 3kb。既可垂直传播 ,也可水平传播。引起鸡CAV综合症 :表现为死亡率增加、造血器官骨髓萎缩、皮下和肌肉内出血、淋巴系统萎缩引起免疫抑制、皮肤损伤等。CAV只有一种血清型。临床发病及亚临床症状皆造成严重的经济损失
