Abstract: Objective to study the susceptibility of Beagle dogs and C 3H mice to infection with Ehrlichia canis,and establish laboratory model of canine ehrlichiosis.The leucocyte of German shepherd who suffer from canine ehrlichiosis in China were inoculated to Beagle dogs and C 3H mice.They appeared to be infection by the test of PCR.The artificial infected Beagle dogs were very similar to natural infected German shepherds in clinical manifestation and pathological changes.It is concluded that Beagle dogs and C 3H mice were susceptible to E.canis,and a new laboratory model of canine ehrlichiosis was successfully developed in Beagle dogs.

摘要: 为探讨比格犬和C3H小鼠对犬埃立克体的敏感性 ,建立犬埃立克体病实验模型 ,用我国埃立克体病病犬血白细胞分别接种比格犬和C3H小鼠。接毒后比格犬和C3H小鼠均为PCR阳性 ,比格犬与最易感的德国牧羊犬自然感染埃立克体病的临床表现和病理学变化基本一致。结果表明比格犬和C3H小鼠对犬埃立克体均有较高敏感性
