Abstract: The propose of the study is to determine the protein requirement and the digestible protein requirement of adult Beagle dogs fed practical dry-type diets containing mixed protein sources by nitrogen balance test.The results indicate the regression equation between nitrogen consumed and nitrogen retained is Y\-1= 4.29 +1.35X\-1 and the regression equation between nitrogen digested and nitrogen retained is Y\-2=2.12+0.89X\-2.It indicates adult Beagle dogs require 26.81g/d protein(4.29g/d nitrogen)or require 13.25g/d digestible protein (2.12g/d digestible nitrogen)

摘要： 利用氮平衡试验研究成年比格犬对多种蛋白原料配合日粮中蛋白质和可消化蛋白质需要量。结果为食入氮对保留氮的回归关系为Y1 =4.2 9+1.35X1 ;可消化氮对保留氮的回归关系为Y2 =2 .12 +0 .89X2 。当X1 =0时 ,Y1 =4.2 9,即成年犬每天总氮需要量为 4 2 9g ,蛋白质需要量为 2 6 81g d。当X2 =0时 ,Y2 =2 .12 ,即成年犬每天可消化氮需要量为 2 12g d ,可消化蛋白质需要量为 13 2 5g d。
