关于肿瘤移植模型病理学方面的探讨

Abstract: To establish the replantable models of tumon cell line S 180 and EAC using BALB/c mice respectively. The mices were randomly divided into 2 groups, with one group given therapeutic drug and the other as a control. After 10 days, the tumour weights and pathological changes were compared. There is very apparent difference of pathological changes between two groups. The tumour cells were found in the mices liver of the control groups. This proves that pathological evaluation shown a significant reference value.

摘要: 应用小鼠S1 80 肉瘤 ,小鼠EAC腹水瘤实体型两种瘤株 ,进行BALB c小鼠移植瘤模型的研究。试验设S1 80 对照组 ,S1 80 给药组 ,EAC对照组 ,EAC给药组 ,比较给药 10d后实体瘤大小及其病理学变化特征。病理学观察对照组和给药组间、瘤体切面积和瘤细胞坏死率差异均有极显著性 ,两对照组的小鼠肝脏内均发现有瘤细胞转移。由此说明病理学观察具有重要的参考价值
