Abstract: Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of orthotopic heart transplantation in pig.Methods\ Thirty orthotopic heart transplantation in pigs were performed,and perioperative nursing were patiently observated.Results\ The successful rate of the operations was 70%.Meantime,the complications of all cases were found in time and treated appropriately.Conclusions\ Positive preoperative preparation,familiarity with operative procedure,actively cooperation during operation,and intensively post\|operation nursing and observating,orthotopic heart transplantation in pigs can be performed smoothly.

摘要： 目的　探讨家猪原位心脏移植实验围手术期护理特点。方法　 30例家猪原位心脏移植实验 ,手术前积极准备 ,术中主动配合 ,术后细致护理 ,密切观察。结果　手术成功率 70 % ,手术中、手术后及时发现和处理并发症。结论　熟悉步骤、积极准备、密切配合、围术期护理细致全面 ,可以保证大动物实验顺利进行
