Abstract: ObjectiveTo gain the most suitable laboratory dog's cage capacity that meet all requirements for the care of laboratory animals.Methods The body height and body length of one hundred Beagles were measured,and every mean values was calculated by statistical method.Results On the basis of every meanss value.The long,wide,height value of three kinds of different specification beagle(dog's cages) were obtained separately.Conclusion The new obtained(dog's cages) capacity is advantaged to work out the rules of lab animal cage designation and manufacmring technology.

摘要： 目的获得符合动物福利要求的最佳实验用犬犬笼容积。方法用皮尺人工测量100条比格犬的身高、体长,统计处理求得各项均数。结果在各项均数值的基础上,分别获得三种不同规格犬笼的长、宽、高值。结论三种不同规格实验犬犬笼容积,为制定符合我国的《实验动物笼具设计与制作技术规范》提供依据。
