Abstract: The experimental adult KM mice was pta into the same cage(male:female 1:2)divided into four goup in order to get the embryo on different stage.Group 1 is controle group fed with the standard feeding,group 2 fed with melon seeds,group 3 fed with the makt,group 4 fed with SUBU on d4/d8 and dl(the first pregnant day is dl).The embyo was observed respectively.There was a obviously improvment in the quantity and quality of the embyo on different stage from group 4.Compared with the traditional superovulation technique,the feeding method for getting more and fine embyo is safe and convenient in KM mouse.

摘要: 为了提高昆明小鼠不同发育阶段的胚胎质量,在对成年昆明小鼠繁育研究中,对照组用全价颗粒饲料喂养,实验组分别添加麦芽、瓜籽和速补-18喂养,分别在D4、D8和出生后观察每组小鼠的妊娠阳性率,D4孕小鼠产生的平均囊胚数目、小鼠囊胚形态、贴壁率、扩展率及其子宫形态;D8和出生后观察胚胎着床数。结果表明,添加速补组的妊娠阳性率、囊胚孵化率、贴壁率、扩展率和胚胎着床数明显高于其它实验组。
