Abstract: ObjectiveTo prepare rabbit serum and test its usefulness.MethodsRabbit serum was prepared from blood obtained from femoral artery and compared the efficiency of rabbit serum by inspecting character of cell growth and cryoprotecting ability with foetal bovine serum.ResultsCell division index was 1%～2% and cryopreservation survive rate was 90% in 10% rabbit serum medium,compared with 0.5% and 85% in 10% foetal bovine serum medium.ConclusionThe method of preparation is simply and rabbit serum is preferable to foetal bovie serum for rabbit tissue culture.

摘要： 目的制备兔血清,用于兔来源细胞的培养。方法通过兔股动脉采血,4℃冷藏过夜后析出血清。分别比较含10%兔血清和10%胎牛血清的DMEM培养液中细胞形态和增殖性能及冻存存活率。结果使用兔血清培养细胞分裂指数约为1%~2%,冻存存活率为90%;使用胎牛血清细胞分裂指数约为0.5%;细胞冻存存活率为85%。结论兔血清制备方法简便易行,所获兔血清对兔来源的细胞在增殖性能和冻存存活率方面均优于胎牛血清,适宜兔源组织的培养。
