Investigation of Bacterium in Wild and Domesticated Mongolian gerbil

野生和驯养长爪沙鼠携带细菌情况的调查研究

Abstract: Objective Investigating bacterium in wild and domesticated Mongolian gerbil to establish Beijing local standard for control of bacterium in Mongolian gerbil.Method Wild Mongolian gerbil from Yinchuan city and Huhehot city and domesticated gerbil breeding in barrier system were euthanasied and anatomized.And then the bacterial flora of the cecum,trachea and larynx were isolated and cultivated by blood agar.After 18~24 h 37℃ cultivature,the bacterial colonies on the agar were classified and separated by singly colony.These singly colonies were identified by VITEK-32-auto bacterium analysis system.Result The wild gerbil from Yinchuan city and Hohehot city have 12 and 8 species,respectively.But the domesticated gerbil only has 7 species.Conclusion The bacterium isolated from wild Mongolian gerbil from Yinchuan city and Hohehot city have great differences in quantity,species and infection rate compared with laboratory gerbil from barrier system.These factors should be considered in establishing Beijing local standard for control of bacterium in Mongolian gerbil.

摘要: 目的调查野生长爪沙鼠和驯养长爪沙鼠的细菌携带情况,为制定长爪沙鼠微生物学检测北京市地方标准提供依据。方法对银川市和呼和浩特周边地区捕获的长爪沙鼠以及驯养在屏障系统中长爪沙鼠实施安死术,解剖后分别分离回盲部和喉部细菌,接种于血平皿上,分离菌株单克隆培养后分类,用全自动微生物分析系统鉴定种属,并计算检出率。结果银川市和呼和浩特地区的野生长爪沙鼠分别携带了12种和8种细菌,屏障系统中饲养的长爪沙鼠携带了7种细菌。结论两地区野生长爪沙鼠和屏障系统中饲养的长爪沙鼠所携带的细菌数量、种类和感染率有所不同,在制定北京市地方标准时要综合考虑。
