Abstract: Objective To observe the correlation between body weight and main organ weight of curly rats.Methods To dissect and get the main organs of curly rats and SD rats,weighed with BS210S electric scales,and assayed data with t test.Results Obtaining data on correlation between body weight and main organ weight.The weight of the spleens and thymuses in female curly rats was much lower than that of female SD rats(P<0.05,P<0.01) at 90th day.For males,the weight of livers at 28th day and of spleens at 60th day was much higher in SD rats than that of curly rats(P<0.05).For males,the coefficients of spleen at 28th and 90th days and of thymus at 28th day in cicinnus rats were lower than that of SD rats(P<0.05).Conclusion The mutant gene has a little effect on the organ weight and coefficient of rat.

摘要： 目的获取卷毛大鼠体重与主要脏器重之间的关系。方法剖取卷毛大鼠及SD大鼠内脏器官,用电子天平称重,对取得的数据进行统计学处理。结果90 d时卷毛雌鼠脾脏和胸腺重量低于SD大鼠,差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01),卷毛雄鼠28 d时肝脏6、0 d时脾脏显著低于SD大鼠(P<0.05)。28日龄、90日龄卷毛大鼠脾脏占体重的百分比小于SD大鼠,尤其雄性有显著性差异(P<0.05),60日龄胸腺占体重的百分比小于SD大鼠(P<0.05),其余日龄各组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论突变基因对大鼠脏器重及脏器系数有影响。
