Abstract: Objective To improve the method of developing hyperlipidemia in rats.Methods The batch formula and preparation of lipid emulsion were improved,and the modified lipid emulsion was orally administered to the rats to induce hyperlipidemia.Afterwards,the total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) levels in sera of two groups were determined by enzyme colorimetry.Results The lower mortality was found in the model group,and the differences in TC and TG levels were statistically significant between the model group and the normal control group.Conclusion The modified method of developing hyperlipidemia model has higher success rate,so it is workable and convenient.

摘要： 目的:改进大鼠高脂血症模型的建立方法。方法对脂肪乳处方及配制方法进行改进,采用脂肪乳灌胃建立大鼠高脂血症模型,用酶比色法测定模型组与正常组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)含量。结果模型组大鼠死亡率低,与正常组相比较,TC和TG具有显著差异。结论本造模方法成功率高,切实可行。
