Abstract: Objective To develop heterotopic cardiac transplantation model by two methods in rats and compare their difference.Methods 144 SD rats were used in this series. Two methods were used to develop heterotopic cardiac transplantation model in rats.Results The heterotopic cardiac transplantation was done by suturing in 42 cases,and 33 cases were successful with a successful rate of 78.57%.The transplantation was done in 30 cases by cuffing,and 27 cases were successful with a successful rate of 90%.All the transplanted hearts could survive over 30 days.Conclusion The two methods of developing heterotopic cardiac transplantation model are very useful in the study of organ transplantation.But they have different advantage,so it is necessary to select an appropriate animal model according to the idiographic experiment.

摘要： 目的两种不同方法建立大鼠心脏移植模型,比较两者优缺点,为器官移植研究提供合适的动物模型。方法SD大鼠144只,分别用缝合法和套管法进行同种腹部异位心脏移植,总结经验并加以比较。结果缝合法42例,成功33例,成功率78.57%;套管法30例,成功27例,成功率90%。两种方法移植成功大鼠,移植心均成活30 d以上。结论两种方法各有优点,都可用于器官移植研究,应根据具体实验要求选择合适的动物模型。
