人工繁育幼年猕猴部分生物学特性的初步研究

Abstract: Objective To establish a database of biological characteristics in artificial breeding young Macaca mulatta by analysis the growth performance,physiological and blood biochemical parameters,which will provide a powerful reference data for further study in Medicine and Biology.Methods At the age of 12 months and 24 months macaca mulatta were measured the growth performance,blood physiological and biochemical parameters by spring balance,tape measure,automatic blood counting instrument and automatic biochemical analyzer.Results Comparison between male and female at the age of 12 months,difference of the weight,TP and TG were extremely significant(P<0.01) and the chest circumference is significant(0.01

摘要: 目的分析人工繁育幼年猕猴的生长性能及生理生化指标,建立人工繁育的猕猴生物学特性数据库,为用其进行生物学、医学等方面的实验研究提供参考数据。方法采用弹簧秤、软尺、全自动血液分析仪和全自动生化仪,对12月龄、24月龄的自繁猕猴的生长性能和部分生理生化指标进行测定。结果12月龄雌雄之间体重、TP、TG差异极显著(P<0.01),胸围差异显著(0.010.05)。结论人工繁育的猕猴生物学特性部分指标在性别和年龄上存在显著或极显著差异,因此用其进行实验时,既要注重性别,又要知道其准确的年龄。
