Abstract: Liver is the main target of colorectal cancer metastasis, colorectal cancer liver metastasis is also the main cause of death in patients with colorectal cancer. At present, the method of constructing liver metastasis model of colorectal cancer mainly includes in situ planting model, which is used to study the process of liver metastasis and its related mechanism in colorectal cancer;Heterosis planting model,which is used to filter the individualized treatment programs of patients; Transgenic animal model,which is used to accurately guide patients with targeted therapy.

摘要： 肝脏是结直肠癌转移最主要的靶器官，结直肠癌肝转移也是结直肠癌患者死亡的主要原因。目前，结直肠癌肝转移动物模型构建的方法主要包括原位种植模型，用于研究结直肠癌发生肝转移过程及其相关机制；异位种植模型，用于评价各种治疗方案；异种种植模型，用于对患者个体化治疗方案的筛选；转基因动物模型用于准确地引导患者进行靶向治疗。
