Abstract: Abstract: Objective To compare the expression of NF-κB in liver of ICＲ mice at different welfare level． Method ICＲ mouse ，6 years old ，welfare were infected by both restraint stress and environmental enrichment ，or only one of them． Body weight gain and food consumption were recorded throughout the study ，IL-2 and COＲT in blood were detected by ELISA ，mＲNA and protein expression of NF-κB p65 in liver were detected after the study finished by real-time quantitative PCＲ and Western blotting． Ｒesult Compared with group C( control) ，the body weight gain of group E( environmental enrichment) was higher ( P ＜ 0. 05) ． The body weight gain of group EＲ ( environmental enrichment and restraint) was decreased ( P ＜ 0. 05) ． COＲT ，mＲNA and protein expression of NF-κB p65 were higher ( P ＜ 0. 05) ． The body weight gain ，FEＲ and IL-2 of group Ｒ( restraint) were decreased ( P ＜ 0. 05) ． COＲT ，mＲNA and protein expression of NF-κB p65 were higher ( P ＜ 0. 05) ． Compared with group EＲ ，the body weight gain of group Ｒ ( restraint) were decreased ( P ＜ 0. 05) ． COＲT ，mＲNA and protein expression of NF-κB p65 were higher ( P ＜ 0. 05) ． Conclusion Difference of welfare did exist ，and the difference of expression of NF-κB p65 were similar to it． There were relations between those two ones．

摘要： 摘要: 目的比较不同福利水平下ICＲ 小鼠肝脏NF-κB 的表达。方法选取6 周龄雄性ICＲ 小鼠，交叉使用制动和丰富环境干预形成不同的福利环境，观测小鼠的体质量增重、饲料能效及脾脏系数，ELISA 法测定血清IL-2 和COＲT，实时定量PCＲ 和免疫印迹法分别检测小鼠肝细胞内NF-κB p65 的mＲNA 和蛋白表达水平。结果与对照组相比，丰富环境组小鼠的体质量增重显著提高( P ＜ 0. 05) ，其他指标无差异( P ＞ 0. 05) ; 丰富环境+ 制动组小鼠的体质量增重、脾脏系数显著低于对照组( P ＜ 0. 05) ，而COＲT、NF-κB p65 的基因和蛋白表达显著高于对照组( P ＜0. 05) ; 制动组的体质量增重、饲料能效、脾脏系数及血清IL-2 均显著低于对照组( P ＜ 0. 05) ，COＲT、NF-κB p65 的基因和蛋白表达均显著高于对照组( P ＜ 0. 05) 。其中制动组的体质量增重显著低于丰富环境+ 制动组( P ＜0. 05) ，COＲT、NF-κB p65 的基因和蛋白表达显著高于丰富环境+ 制动组( P ＜ 0. 05) 。结论不同组别小鼠存在福利水平差异，NF-κB 表达差异与福利差异相类似，福利水平与NF-κB 表达水平之间存在紧密关联。
