Abstract: Abstract: Objective To determine blood and organ coefficient values between C57 mice and MRL / lpr transgenic mice at the ages of 4 months,5 months and 6 months old. Method We used MEK - 7222K automatic blood analyzer to analyze C57 mice and MRL / lpr transgenic mice blood values. Result On the blood detection,the percentage of neutrophils ( NE%) , red blood cell count ( RBC ) , hematocrit ( HCT ) ,mean corpuscular hemoglobin ( MCH) ,red blood cells mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration ( MCHC) values in different months between C57 mice and MRL / lpr transgenic mice were significantly different ( P < 0. 01) ; among nine items there was no significant difference compared ( P > 0. 05) . On organ coefficient aspects,C57 mice coefficient heart,kidneys coefficient is significantly higher than the same month-old MRL / lpr transgenic mice ( P < 0. 01) ; MRL / lpr transgenic mouse liver coefficient is significantly higher than the same month-old C57 mice ( P < 0. 01) ;there was no significant difference ( P > 0. 05) on other comparable projects. Conclusion Partial blood and organ coefficient data were significantly different in the same months of C57 mice and MRL / lpr transgenic mice.

摘要: 摘要: 目的测定C57 小鼠与MRL/lpr 转基因小鼠在4 月龄、5 月龄和6 月龄的血常规值和脏器系数。方法用MEK - 7222K 全自动血液分析仪检测C57 小鼠与MRL/lpr 转基因小鼠血常规值。结果血常规检测方面,C57 小鼠与MRL/lpr 转基因小鼠相比,中性粒细胞百分率( NE%) 、红细胞计数( RBC) 、红细胞压积( HCT) 、红细胞平均血红蛋白( MCH) 、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度( MCHC) 在不同月龄的数值差异极显著( P < 0. 01) ; 其中9 个检测比较项目差异不显著( P > 0. 05) 。脏器系数方面,C57 小鼠的心脏系数、肾脏系数显著高于同月龄的MRL/lpr 转基因小鼠( P < 0. 01) ; MRL/lpr 转基因小鼠的肝脏系数显著高于同月龄的C57 小鼠( P < 0. 01) ; 其他比较项目差异不显著( P > 0. 05) 。结论C57 小鼠与MRL/lpr 转基因小鼠在同月龄的部分血常规数据和脏器系数差异显著。
