A Comparative Study on Determining Methods for Crude Fat in Extruded Feed

膨化饲料中粗脂肪含量测定方法的研究

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To investigate proper determination method for crude fat in extruded feed. Method Crude fat contents in experiment feeds including non-extruded dog feed,extruded dog feed,non-extruded primate feed, extruded primate feed,non-pelleted rodent feed,pelleted rodent feed,non-pelleted rabbit feed and pelleted rabbit feed were determined by acid hydrolysis method and Soxhlet extraction method, respectively. Result The determined level of crude fat in extruded primate feed by acid hydrolysis method was very significantly higher than that by Soxhlet extraction method ( P < 0. 001) . The determined level of crude fat in extruded dog feed by acid hydrolysis method was significantly higher than that by Soxhlet extraction method ( P < 0. 05 ) . However,the determined levels of crude fat in non-extruded primate feed and non-extruded dog feed had no differences between two the methods( P > 0. 05) ,and The determined levels of crude fat in pelleted feeds and non-pelleted feeds also had no differences between the two methods( P > 0. 05) . The loss of crude fat determined by acid hydrolysis method was less than that by Soxhlet extraction method during feed processing. Conclusion The acid hydrolysis method is suitable for determining crude fat in extruded feed.

摘要: 摘要: 目的探讨膨化饲料中粗脂肪含量最适的测定方法。方法采用酸水解法和索氏抽提法分别测定膨化猴 料、膨化犬料、颗粒鼠料和颗粒兔料的加工前粉料及其成品料中粗脂肪的含量。结果酸水解法测定的膨化猴料 粗脂肪含量极显著高于索氏抽提法的测定结果( P < 0. 001) ,膨化犬料粗脂肪含量的测定值酸水解法显著高于索氏 抽提法( P < 0. 05) 。而对于膨化前的犬混合粉料和猴混合粉料,两种方法的脂肪含量测定结果均差异不显著( P > 0. 05) 。索氏抽提法和酸水解法测定颗粒料加工前粉料及加工后成品料中粗脂肪含量值均差异不显著( P > 0. 05) 。 酸水解法测定的饲料加工前后粗脂肪损失率均低于索氏抽提法的测定值。结论酸水解法能更准确的测定膨化
