Abstract: Secreted by myocardiac cells.The biological activities of ANP are diuresis, natriuresis, vasodilatation and inhileltion of renin-angiotesing system The Value of plasma ANP was significantiy elevated after scald injury in rat, while the value of atrial ANP dropped significantly. The motilin is a hormone secreted by the duodenum and the proximal jejunum Motilin promotes contraction of the gastrointestinal tract. Motilin dropped markedly after scald, and it retuned to normal levels at 18h pestseald

摘要： 心钠素(ANP)是由心肌分泌的激素,具有利钠、利尿、扩张血管,降低血压的作用,烫伤后血浆ANP显著高于正常,而心房ANP则明显降低,48小时接近正常水平。胃动素是由十二指肠及近端空肠分泌的激素,有促进胃肠收缩之功能,烫伤后胃动素明显低于正常,48h回升至正常水平。
