Abstract

Abstract: Objective To determine the homozygosity of hair color gene locus and hair color genotype of newly bred spontaneous congenital cataract ( TSC ) rats. Method The hair color gene was tested by hybridization and backcross test between TSC adult rats of F29 generation and F344 and BN rats with known complex recessive genes. Result The homozygosity of hair color loci A, B, C, D in TSC rats was 100%, and the hair color genotype was AABBcc. Conclusion According to the national standard, the hair color gene of TSC rats has reached homozygosity, which is in line with the inbred line quality standard.

摘要： 目的测定新育成的自发性先天性白内障( TSC)大鼠的毛色基因位点纯合度和毛色基因型。方法选用东部战区总医院的基础群 F29 代 TSC 成年大鼠与已知复隐性基因的 F344 和 BN 大鼠作杂交和回交实验,进行毛色基因测试。结果 TSC 大鼠毛色基因位点 A、B、C、D 遗传纯合度均达 100%,毛色基因型为 AABBcc。结论 TSC 大鼠毛色基因已达纯合,符合近交系鉴定关于毛色基因位点遗传纯合度的规定。
