Abstract

Abstract: With the rapidly advancesin molecular biology technology, single nucleotide polymorphisms ( SNP ) detection technology has been constantly developed. As the third generation of genetic marker, SNP detection has become an important means of genetic monitoring in mice. SNP detection is carried out at the DNA level, thus its accuracy depends on annotation of mice genome. In this paper, the progress of genomics and SNP in genetic monitoring of inbred mice were summarized.

摘要： 随着分子生物学技术的迅速发展,单核苷酸多态性( SNP ) 检测技术也得以不断的完善和发展。 SNP 作为第三代遗传标记,已经成为小鼠遗传检测的重要手段。 SNP 检测是在 DNA 水平进行的检测,依赖于完整的基因组信息注释。本文概述了小鼠基因组学的发展,以及 SNP 在近交系小鼠遗传检测方面的研究进展。
