摘要： 目的了解应激对大白鼠各系统脏器可能造成的影响。方法对大白鼠进行饥饿应激、寒冷应激及束缚应激的处理,观察大白鼠各组织器官的眼观及镜下的病理变化。结果处于以上应激状态下的大白鼠其消化系统的病变最明显,呼吸和泌尿生殖系统的病变较明显,神经系统和内分泌系统的病变轻微而循环系统和运动系统无明显的病理变化。结论应激对动物的生长发育和健康状况会造成一定的影响。

Abstract: Objective To understand the effect and the degree on various organs of rat by stress.Methods The rats were treated by stress of hungry,chill and tiring up,and then the pathological changes of different tissues and viscera in rats were observed grossly and microscopically.Results After stress above administration,there were the most significant lesions in digestive system,more obvious lesions in respiratory and urogenital system,slightly changes in nervous and endocrine system,and no any changes in circulatory and locomotory system.Conclusion Animal growth and health are affected by stress,and also there are certain effects on animal productive practice and economic losses by stress.
