Abstract: The chicken and the quail were used as experiment materials.The paper introduced the poultry’s chromosome samples technology which has been improved.The study explained experimental method and condition of the poultry’s chromosome samples by choose suitable experiment animals,improved the key steps of colchicine dosages,temperature and time on low-osmolar,centrifugal speeds.It was established to the poultry’s chromosome samples technology with strong practicality,clearer chromosome samples,stability result,lower cost,simple and feasible method.This will provide an experiment method to study on the karyotype and banding of chromosome for the undergraduate and postgraduate students of agriculture university.
