摘要:椎间盘退变是各种脊柱退变性疾病发生的前提条件和病理基础,影响患病人群的身体健康和降低他们的生活质量,同时给家庭和社会带来负担虽然国内外关于椎间盘退变研究较多,但其退变原因尚未十分清晰,使用相关动物模型对研究其退变机制及治疗手段具有重要意义针对目前椎间盘退变动物模型的研究现状,本文就实验动物的选择及造模方法进行归纳总结

Abstract:

Abstract: Intervertebral disc degeneration is a precondition for all kinds of spinal degenerative disease and pathological basis. It affects the health of the patients and reduces their quality of life, and at the same time brings burden to family economy and society. Although there are many studies on intervertebral disc degeneration at home and abroad, the causes of intervertebral disc degeneration are not very clear. It is important to study the mechanism and treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration by using related animal models. According to the current research status of animal models of intervertebral disc degeneration, the selection and modeling method of experimental animals were summarized.
