摘要:目的 学习并改良大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植模型的建立过程,降低手术难度,减短学习周期,使模型易建立以供于移植免疫病理药理等方面的研究方法 建立大鼠腹部异位心脏移植模型,归纳总结整个过程中的操作技结果 正式实验 30 ,存活 29 ,存活率 96. 7% 。 术中刺伤心脏,开放后无法止血死亡 1 ,供心阻断时间为(24. 2±5. 0) min,手术时间为(59. 8±10. 0) min。 结论 单操作者大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植模型的操作方法经过改良,缩短了手术时间,降低了手术难度,提高了手术成功率

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To study and improve the establishment process of rat abdominal heterotopic heart transplantation model, reduce the difficulty of operation, shorten the learning cycle, and make the model easy to establish for the study of transplantation immunity, pathology and pharmacology. Method Through the establishment of rat abdominal heterotopic heart transplantation model, the operation skills were summarized in the whole process. Result There were 30 cases in the formal experiment, and the survival rate was 96. 7%. One case died of stabbing the heart during the operation and failed to stop bleeding after opening. The average cold ischemia time was ( 24. 2 ± 5. 0) minutes and total operation time was ( 59. 8 ± 0. 0) minutes. Conclusion The modified operation method of rat abdominal heterotopic heart transplantation model can shorten the operation time, reduce the difficulty of operation, and improves the sucess rate of the operation.
