摘要:目前制作大鼠大脑中动脉缺血以及缺血再灌注实验动物模型方法多样,改良线栓法在实验过程中选用较多,此法已经被证明有手术创伤小相对操作简单等特点即便如此,此法造模成功率仍较低,因此,一篇描述改良线栓法注意事项及细节的文章很有必要,为将来进行大鼠大脑缺血再灌注造模的实验人员提供经验指导,也为更多的实验者交流提供参考为此,通过实验,摸索总结出实验详细过程,并指出实验过程中需要关注的细节,为即将造模的实验者提供捷径

Abstract:

Abstract:At present to make rat middle cerebral artery ischemia and reperfusion experimental animal model of diversity, improved intraluminal suture method selection in the process of experiment is more, this method has been proved to have a surgery, trauma small relative to the characteristics of simple operation, even so, the method to build module and the success rate is still low, therefore, a paper describing improved intraluminal suture method matters needing attention and the details of the article is necessary, for the future in the rat brain ischemia reperfusion mode of experiment personnel guidance of experience and also provide reference for more people to communicate. As a result , we explored and summarized the process and details of the experiment, and pointed out the details that need to be paid attention to in the experiment process, so as to provide a shortcut for the
experimenters who will make this model.
