制作简易实验动物雾化箱建立小鼠哮喘模型研究

Study on Building Mouse Asthma Model with Self-designed Experimental Animal Atomization Box

摘要: 摘要:目的 应用简单易操作的方法将家用型医疗雾化吸入装置改造为实验动物雾化箱,为实验动物呼吸道疾病的研究提供便利。 方法 利用家用型雾化器和动物实验室常见的独立通气鼠笼组合改造为实验动物雾化箱。 应用自制实验动物雾化箱和鸡卵清白蛋白建立小鼠过敏性哮喘模型。 结果 实验动物雾化箱能同时为 1 ~ 20 只小鼠实验快速稳定地产出雾化吸入气体,利用该雾化箱成功建立起小鼠过敏性哮喘模型。 结论 我们利用该实验动物雾化箱建立小鼠过敏性哮喘模型并观察到明显的肺组织炎症表现。 该方法为简便和低成本地进行实验动物雾化实验提供具有操作性的指导。

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To design an experimental animal atomization box with a household medical atomizer and facilitate airway disease research in experimental animals. Method A household atomizer and a separate ventilating squirrel cage were combined and used to transform into an experimental animal atomization box. We built a mouse asthma model with the self-designed atomization box and ovalbumin. Result The atomization box could produce enough fog for 1 - 20 mice experiment rapidly. We successfully built the mouse asthma model with the atomization box. Conclusion We applied the atomization box to build the mouse allergic asthma model and observed significant lung tissue inflammation. This method provides operational guide for experimental animal inhalation experiment with convenience and low cost.
