Abstract: In the case of no anesthesia, rats were placed in a supine position to fix their trunk parts. Then the head was fixed with a plastic bottle, and the head was fixed. The self-made fixed head mask can effectively fix the rat, and establish a new method of collecting blood for the jugular vein of rats, so that the blood collection of the jugular vein of the rat is smooth. This new fixed method of fixing the rat by fixing the head cover can effectively prevent the operator from being bitten by the rat and ensure the repeated blood collection.
