摘要: 肠道菌群是一个巨大而复杂的微生态系统,也是维持机体动态平衡的关键因素,目前已逐渐成为疾病预防、诊断、治疗的新靶点。无菌动物作为一种理想的动物模型,通过接种特定的单一或多种微生物,对研究宿主与微生物之间以及微生物之间的相互作用具有重要意义。本文综述了几种常用的无菌动物作为实验模型所具有的各自的特点及相应的研究应用,分析无菌动物作为模式动物在肠道菌群研究中的应用价值。

Abstract: The intestinal flora is a large and complex micro-ecological system, and it is also a key factor in maintaining the dynamic balance of the body. This system is now becoming a new target for disease prevention , diagnosisand treatment. Sterile animals provide an ideal animal model for the study of interactions between host and microorganisms and between microorganisms.By inoculating sterile animals with specific single ormultiple microorganisms , we can see their significance in the focused study of intestinal flora. In this paper , the characteristics and corresponding research applications of several commonly used sterile animals as experimental models were reviewed , and the application value of aseptic animals as model animals in the study of intestinal flora was analyzed.
