Abstract: In the study, researchers engaged in intestinal diseases and other basic medical research will use enema to verify the efficacy of certain drugs on intestinal diseases and preparation of mice intestinal disease model, the traditional enema method is easy to cause modeling failed or mice died. And there is no mouse-specific enema equipment on the market, so it is urgently needed to prepare suitable mouse enema equipment. The need of study to prepare inflammatory bowel disease model, making anal appliance and anal plug by myself for enema in mice through exploring and summarizing during the experiment. The device has the advantages of simple production , economic cost, the obvious effect and low fatality rate, it can be widely used in the experimental study of mouse enema.
