Research Progress and Thoughts of the Suture-Occluded Method for Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion in Rats

摘要: 摘要: 线栓法在脑缺血再灌注模型的制备中应用广泛,但影响其成功率的因素有很多种,本文意于寻求一种更加有效的模型制作方法。通过查找大量文献,对相关文献进行归纳和总结。在对缺血性脑血管疾病的研究过程中,脑缺血实验动物模型为非常重要的研究途径,而在模型制作过程中大鼠的选择、麻醉药品使用、栓线的使用和手术方法等都是影响模型能否成功的关键要素。本文便是对线栓法制作大鼠局部脑缺血动物模型的方法和特点作一综述及介绍。

Abstract: Abstract: The application of the suture-occluded method for cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats is widely used, but there are many factors that affect the success rate. The cerebral ischemia animal models are very important in the course of the study of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and at present the method has been extensively used for studying ischemia-reperfusion injury. The choice of rats,the use of narcotic drugs,the use of suture and operation method is the key factors in the process of model making. In this paper,the method and characteristics of the model of local cerebral ischemia in rats by suture-occluded method are summarized and introduced.
