摘要: 摘要:目的以小鼠表皮神经酰胺含量、表皮厚度和组织病理变化为指标,对胶带法和丙酮乙醚法建立的皮肤机械 屏障功能障碍模型进行评价。方法用胶带法和丙酮乙醚法分别破坏小鼠皮肤角质层,连续造模5 d 后观察皮肤 神经酰胺含量、表皮厚度和组织病理的变化。结果模型组小鼠表皮神经酰胺含量和表皮厚度均低于空白组,并 出现相应的组织病理学改变,以胶带造模组改变更明显。结论两种造模方法均能造成小鼠的皮肤机械屏障功能 障碍,其中以胶带法所建立的皮肤机械屏障功能障碍模型更稳定,操作更方便。

Abstract: Abstract:Objective To evaluate two kinds of skin mechanical barrier disturbance model of mice based on the concentration of epidermal ceramides. ,thickness and tissue pathology. Method After the stratum cornea of mice were damaged using adhesive tape and mixture of acetone and ether respectively for five days,concentration of epidermal ceramides,thickness and pathology were examined. Result Concentration of epidermal ceramides and thickness in both model groups were lower than those in control. Pathological changes were much obvious in the adhesive tape treated group,although they were observed in both models. Conclusion Both of the two methods can cause skin mechanical barrier disturbance in mice. Skin mechanical barrier disturbance caused by adhesive tape was more reliable and easily to be achieved.
