摘要: 摘要:目的通过观测饲喂ZGB菌体蛋白后小鼠体重及生理生化指标的变化,探讨其作为蛋白质饲料投入养殖业 开发利用的可能性。方法饲喂小鼠不同剂量的ZGB菌体蛋白,连续观察其一般状态,记录每10 d小鼠的体重及 死亡情况;实验结束后抽样处死实验动物,取内脏称重,计算脏器系数并取血测定相关生理、生化指标。结果(1) 各组小鼠精神状态良好,采食饮水正常,被毛光亮,粪便正常,实验期间只有饲喂6%ZGB菌体蛋白组死亡1只,死 亡率仅为1.66%,其余各组无死亡;(2)各组间小鼠体重无显著性差异(P>0.05);(3)实验组外周血的相关生理、 生化指标与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);(4)实验组脏器系数与对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。 结论在本实验条件下,ZGB菌体蛋白对小鼠的体重和生理、生化指标略有影响。

Abstract: Abstract:0bjective To explore the possibility of applying the bacterial protein ZGB to breeding industry as the protein feed.Methods Mice administrated with residue degradation products of penicillin bacteria at different doses were monitored continuously,and their body weight and deaths were recorded every 10 days.At the end of the experiment,the internal organs of the mice sampled randomly were weighted,and the organ coefficients were calculated.Simultaneously,the related physiological and biochemical indicators of blood were measured.Results (1)Mice in each group were in good spirits,and their feed intake,water consumption,hair coat and feces were normal.Most of the mice survived except that one administrated with 6%bacterial protein ZGB died.(2)Among the groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in body weight.(3)The blood physiological and biochemical indicators were no significant difference(P>0.05)among groups.(4)Compared with the control group,the organ coefficients of treatment groups were no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The bacterial protein ZGB has a slight effect on body weight and blood physiological and biochemical indicators of mice.
