SPF级Hartley豚鼠两个封闭群血液生理生化指标和血凝指标的测定与分析

Measurement and Analysis of Blood Physiological, Biochemical and Coagulation Indicators in Two Closed Colony of SPF Hartley Guinea Pigs

摘要: 目的 测定不同来源的SPF级Hartley豚鼠封闭群的血液生理生化指标和血凝指标并进行分析。方法 选 择SPF级Hartley豚鼠24只,不限性别,分别来自本公司和北京某实验动物商业生产机构各12只,采血后,应用全 自动血细胞分析仪、全自动生化分析仪、全自动凝血分析仪与生化指标测定试剂盒检测了14项血液生理参数、28 项血液生化参数以及4项血凝参数。结果 血液生化参数中,γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(γ-GT)、胆固醇(CHO)、低密度脂 蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)共4个指标的测定结果存在极显著差异;葡萄糖(GLU)、钠(Na)、氯(Cl)、 锌(Zn)共4个指标的测定结果存在显著差异。血凝指标中凝血酶原时间(PT)的测定结果存在极显著差异。血液 生理指标的测定结果不存在统计学差异。结论 首次测定了SPF级Hartley豚鼠血凝指标,且生化指标和血凝指 标在两个封闭群中存在统计学差异,为豚鼠的应用和研究提供背景数据以供参考。

Abstract: Objective To measure and analyse the blood physiological, biochemical and coagulation indicators of two closed colony of SPF Hartley guinea pigs.Methods A total of 24 healthy SPF Hartley guinea pigs were selected, regardless of gender, from our company and a commercial animal production institution in Beijing equally. After blood collection, 14 blood physiological parameters, 28 blood biochemical parameters, and 4 blood coagulation parameters were detected using a fully automatic blood cell analyzer, a fully automatic biochemical analyzer, a fully automatic coagulation analyzer, and a biochemical indicator determination kit. Results In blood biochemical parameters, γ- Glutamyltransferase(γ-GT), CHO, LDL and LDH showed extremely significant differences; the result of glucose (Glu), sodium (Na), chlorine (Cl) and zinc (Zn) showed significant differences. There was a extremely significant difference in the measurement result of prothrombin time (PT) among the coagulation indexes. There is no statistical difference in the measurement result of blood physiological indicators.Conclusion The blood coagulation index of SPF Hartley guinea pigs was measured for the first time, and there were statistical differences in biochemical and blood coagulation indicators in two closed groups, providing background data for the application and research of guinea pigs for reference.
