经皮穿刺法构建新西兰兔中心静脉置管模型及评价

摘要: 摘要:目的 拟用经皮穿刺法建立新西兰兔中心静脉置管模型,为用中心静脉置管术开展动物实验奠定基础。方法 10只新西兰兔充分暴露其颈部皮肤,经皮穿刺颈外静脉置入PICC导管7~8 cm并固定,置管术后单笼饲养。分别于术前12 h及术后24 h、48 h、72 h采取血标本,免疫比浊法检测hs-CRP,并记录生命体征、体质量的变化。结果 术前、术后3 d生命体征及体质量无明显差异,术后模型24 h存活率100%,建模成功率100%,hs-CRP各时点检测结果差异无显著意义(F=2.84,P>0.05)。结论 该建模办法经济可靠、 简便易行且具有较强的实用性,能很好地模拟临床,实现中心静脉置管技术的基础性研究。

Abstract: Abstract: Objective The central venous catheterization model of New Zealand rabbits was established by percutaneous puncture, which laid the foundation for the experimental study of central venous catheterization. Method Ten New Zealand rabbits exposed to their neck skin, percutaneous external jugular vein into the PICC catheter 7-8 cm and fixed, surgery alone cage feeding.Blood samples were taken at 12 h before operation and 24 h, 48 h and 72 h postoperatively. Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect hs-CRP. Recording the model of vital signs, weight and catheter retention time. Result There were no significant differences in vital signs and body weight between the two groups before and after operation. The survival rate of the model was 100% and the success rate was 100%. There was no significant difference in hs-CRP at each time point (F=2.84, P>0.05). Conclusion The modeling method is economical, simple and easy to use, and has a strong practicality, can be a good simulation of clinical, central venous catheterization to achieve the basic research.
