雨天和雾霾对SPF鸡舍的影响

摘要: 摘要: 目的探讨雨天、雾霾及PM 2. 5对SPF 鸡舍净化指标、SPF 鸡群及其屏障环境维持管理的影响。方法对HEPA( 高效过滤器) 使用的前期和后期,在晴天、雨天和雾霾等气候条件下,测试SPF 鸡舍运行状态中的静压差、风量等多项净化指标。结果发现在空气相对湿度≥80% 即可发生HEPA“湿堵”现象,使净化指标恶化; 而净化空调箱内静压可达1 000 Pa 以上,对雾霾与雨天的作用又有不同,前者对HEPA 的损害是不可逆转的,甚至一次雾霾就能至其报废; 而雨天过后HEPA 的通风可以部分恢复,损害较小。结论人们比较清晰地认识到雨天和雾霾分别对SPF 鸡舍屏障设施和SPF 鸡群的影响。“湿堵”不直接对SPF 鸡群构成危害,但对SPF 鸡舍屏障设施的管理造成很大的负面影响,提醒我们在鸡舍建设和日常管理中注意到天气,尤其是雾霾的因素。

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To discuss the impact of the rainy day,fog and PM 2. 5 in SPF chicken coop purification index,SPF chickens and its barrier environment maintenance management. Method Detemine air velocity and purification multiple indicators when using HEPA on the early and late,in the sunny day,rainy weather and fog weather conditions. Result We found it can produce HEPA“wet block”phenomenon in the air relative humidity ≥80%,at the same time,purification of air-conditioning box pressure can reach more than 1 000 Pa. it is different to haze and rain,HEPA damaged is irreversible of haze,but small damage of rain,after a rainy day HEPA ventilation can be part of the recovery. Conclusion People recognize the impact of the SPF coop barrier facilities and the influence of SPF. The “wet block”not directly to the detriment of SPF chickens,but caused a great negative impact on barrier facility SPF sheds management,alert us to the weather in the chicken house construction and management,especially the factors of haze.
