Abstract: Abstract: Objective To discuss the impact of the rainy day，fog and PM 2. 5 in SPF chicken coop purification index，SPF chickens and its barrier environment maintenance management． Method Detemine air velocity and purification multiple indicators when using HEPA on the early and late，in the sunny day，rainy weather and fog weather conditions． Ｒesult We found it can produce HEPA“wet block”phenomenon in the air relative humidity ≥80%，at the same time，purification of air-conditioning box pressure can reach more than 1 000 Pa． it is different to haze and rain，HEPA damaged is irreversible of haze，but small damage of rain，after a rainy day HEPA ventilation can be part of the recovery． Conclusion People recognize the impact of the SPF coop barrier facilities and the influence of SPF． The “wet block”not directly to the detriment of SPF chickens，but caused a great negative impact on barrier facility SPF sheds management，alert us to the weather in the chicken house construction and management，especially the factors of haze．
