某天然矿泉水对高脂大鼠脂质过氧化水平的影响初探

摘要: 目的初步探讨预防性饮用某天然矿泉水对实验性高脂大鼠脂质过氧化水平的影响。方法SPF级雌性SD大鼠随机分为高脂模型实验组和高脂模型对照组。二组大鼠食用高脂饲料的同时,高脂模型实验组自由饮用某天然矿泉水,高脂模型对照组自由饮用自来水,饮水40 d后,禁食12 h,内眦采血,测定血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果高脂模型实验组大鼠血清MDA水平较对照组显著降低;高脂模型实验组大鼠T-SOD与对照组相比无显著性差异。结论预防性饮用某天然矿泉水可能对缓解高脂大鼠脂质过氧化水平有一定的作用。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of some natural mineral water on oxidative damage of high-lipid rats.Methods Twenty four female rats were randomly divided into high-lipid control group(drink tap water) and high-lipid experimental group(drink natural mineral water) according to the level of TC.The serum in the two groups was taken for T-SOD activity and MDA content analysis after forty days.Results The MDA content in experimental group decreased markedly than that in control group.Conclusion Some natural mineral water could alleviate oxidative damage by free radicals to extent.
