摘要: 目的建立新西兰兔血气等生理参数,为医学实验研究提供数据。方法在麻醉状态下采取股动脉抗凝血,应用血气分析仪进行血气和部分血液生理生化指标的测定;通过股动脉插管测量血压。结果总二氧化碳(TCO2):19.9 mmol/L~37.1 mmol/L;红细胞压积(HCT):28.1%~42.9%PCV;血红蛋白(Hb):9.6 g/dL~14.6g/dL;pH:7.40~7.52;二氧化碳分压(PCO2):28.3 mmHg~49.1 mmHg;氧分压(PO2):53.4 mmHg~91.0 mmHg;碳酸氢根离子(HCO 3-):19.00 mmol/L~35.8 mmol/L;碱剩余(BE):-6.38 mmol/L~13.3 mmol/L;血氧饱和度(sO2):90.0%~99.0%;iCa:1.59 mmol/L~1.71 mmol/L;Na+:125.3 mmol/L~151.9 mmol/L;K+:1.77 mmol/L~4.55 mmol/L;平均动脉压(MABP):77.5 mmHg~128.5mmHg。结论新西兰兔的血气和部分血液生理生化参数与人和其他实验动物有较大差异。

Abstract: Objective Establishes physiological parameters about rabbits,provides the data for the medicine experimental study.Method In anaesthetizes,adopting the femoral artery anti-hemoglutination,using the analyzer to examined the blood physiology biochemistry target determination;Through femoral artery intubation survey blood pressure.Results TCO2: 19.9 mmol/L ~ 37.1 mmol/L;HCT: 28.1% ~ 42.9% PCV;Hb: 9.6 g/dL ~ 14.6 g/dL;PH: 7.40 ~ 7.52;PCO2): 28.3 mmHg ~ 49.1 mmHg;PO2: 53.4 mmHg ~ 91.0 mmHg;HCO 3-: 19.08 mmol/L ~ 35.8 mmol/L;BE:-6.38 mmol/L ~ 13.3 mmol/L;sO2: 90.0% ~ 99.0%;iCa: 1.59 mmol/L ~ 1.71 mmol/L;Na + : 125.3 mmol/L ~ 151.9 mmol/L;K + : 1.77 mmol/L ~ 4.55 mmol/L;MABP: 77.5 mmHg ~ 128.5mmHg.Conclusion The values of blood gas and some other physiological parameters in New Zealand rabbit's have large different between human and other animals.
