摘要： 骨髓不仅是各种血细胞的发源地,骨髓也具有很多重要的生理功能,也是许多有毒物质毒性作用的敏感靶器官。但是,在药物临床前安全评价研究中,由于技术上的原因限制了对骨髓毒性的研究,为此,改进了传统的大鼠骨髓涂片法,能够更加容易地观察细胞形态及分类计数的变化,促进了对骨髓毒性的研究和评价。

Abstract: Bone marrow is not only the birthplace of all kinds of blood cells,but also there are many important function.The bone marrow is also the sensitive target organ of toxic substance.In preclinical safety evaluation of drug,Owing to the limitation of technique.The study of bone marrow toxicity is limited.We have improved the traditional bone marrow smear preparation,So that we can more easily observe the cell morphology and changes of Bone marrow cell count and improve the bone marrow toxicity study and evaluation.
