丙泊酚复合麻醉在实验猪心导管术中的应用

摘要: 目的丙泊酚复合麻醉应用于实验猪心导管术效果的观察。方法实验猪,2~3月龄,体重15~25kg,雌雄不限,148头350例次。术前30min肌注硫酸阿托品0.3mg,盐酸吗啡5mg,肌注咪达唑仑0.2mg/kg,10min后进入浅睡眠。按2.5~3.5mg/kg体重,缓慢静注丙泊酚,很快进入麻醉状态,气管插管,进行心脏导管术。结果丙泊酚复合麻醉,诱导时间短,起效快,效果强,恢复快速平稳,而且无副作用。结论丙泊酚复合麻醉很适合猪心脏导管术的实验研究,是一种理想的麻醉方法。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of propofol-combined anesthesia in minipig cardiac catheterization. Methods 148 healthy minipigs (2-3 month-old and 15-25kg weight) were used for 350 times in the present study. Atropine and morphine were administered intramuscularly at the concentration of 0.3mg/kg and 5mg/kg respectively 30 min before the experiment. Somnolence happened 10 min after intramuscular injection of 0.2mg/kg midazolam. Tracheal intubation was performed after slow intravenous injection of 2.5-3.5mg/kg propofol. Results The propofol-combined anesthesia is a good method with shorter induction time, quicker reaction, quick and stable recovery and less side effects. Conclusion The propofol-combined anesthesia appears to be a satisfactory method for cardiac catheterization in Minipigs.
