摘要： 目前在确定小鼠动情周期过程中,需对小鼠的阴道分泌物进行检查,通过观察细胞以确定小鼠的动情周期。对于细胞涂片的染色方面也各不相同,通过不同的染色方法确定出一种简单易行的染色方法,以便以后制作阴道涂片观察小鼠动情周期时节省工作量和节省时间。我们通过HE、瑞氏和巴氏三种染色方法对比后发现,瑞氏染色不仅省时、省力,可以使用瑞氏染色筛选处于动情期的雌鼠。

Abstract: At present, mouse estrous cycle can be identified by examination of the cells in vaginal secretions, and different methods have been developed to stain those cells. In this study, Wright's stain was proved to be the best one among HE, Wright’s and Pap stain methods.
