摘要: 目的研究微卫星DNA多态性在四个近交系实验用斑马鱼遗传监测中的应用。方法选取斑马鱼不同染色体上的3个微卫星位点,应用PCR技术对常用的4种近交系(AB,TU,WIK,LF)斑马鱼进行了微卫星DNA多态性分析。结果3个微卫星DNA具有稳定扩增效果在不同品系之间表现显著多态性。结论运用所筛选的3个位点进行微卫星多态性分析,能够快速、经济地对AB,TU,WIK,LF四种品系斑马鱼进行遗传监测。

Abstract: Objective To analyse microsatellite DNA polymorphisms in genetic monitoring of four inbred lines of Zebrafish.Methods 3 microsatellites DNA loci on different chromosomes in four inbred lines of Zebrafish(AB,TU,WIK,LF)were investigated by PCR analysis.Results Three microsatellites DNA could be amplified efficiently, and displayed polymorphism among the various lines.Conclusion Analysis of microsatellites DNA polymorphisms by three microsatellites DNA is a fast and economical way for genetic monitoring of AB,TU,WIK,LF inbred Zebrafish.
