EB病毒转基因小鼠血生化及白细胞分类的观察

Characteristics of Blood Biochemistry and Leukocytes in EBV Transgenic Mice

摘要: 目的探讨EB病毒(Epstein-Barr Virus,EBV)BLLF1基因转基因小鼠的部分血生化指标改变和白细胞特性,为该模型小鼠的进一步应用提供基础数据。方法选取2月龄和4月龄的EBV转基因小鼠及KM小鼠的血清测定谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(CRE),观察其肝肾功能;并测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和血糖(GLU);取全血测定白细胞总数(WBC)及其分类。结果EBV转基因小鼠血清中的GOT、TP、ALB、BUN、CRE、TC和TG与同周龄同性别的KM小鼠相比,均存在显著性差异;EBV转基因小鼠的WBC总数以及中性粒细胞百分比(GRN%)与同周龄同性别的KM小鼠相比显著升高,而淋巴细胞百分比(LYM%)显著降低。结论通过对EBVBLLF1基因转基因小鼠的部分血生化指标改变和白细胞特性的观察,为该小鼠的应用提供了基础资料。

Abstract: Objective To examine some serum biochemical indexes and the characteristic of leukocytes in EBV transgenic mice. Methods GPT, GOT, TP, ALB, BUN, CRE, TC, TG and GLU of sera collected from two-month and four-month-old EBV transgenic mice as well as normal KM were measured. The number and classification of the whole-blood WBCs were also determined. Results There were significant differences in TP, ALB, BUN, CRE, TC, and TG levels between EBV transgenic and KM mice. The obvious differences were also observed in the number and classification of WBCs between EBV transgenic and KM mice. Conclusion The serum biochemical indexes and characteristic of leukocytes determined by present study provide important basic references for scientific research and application of EBV transgenic mice.
