转基因EGFP小鼠血液生理生化指标的测定

Measurement of The Blood Biochemical Parameters in EGFP Mice

摘要: 目的测定转基因C57BL/6-Tg(ACTB-EGFP)1Osb/J小鼠血液生理生化正常值。方法采用全自动生化测定仪对5~6周雄性、6~7周雌性EGFP小鼠的血液常规及生化值进行测定。结果EGFP转基因雄雌小鼠血常规比较,雌雄鼠的血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(PLT)之间比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),单核细胞计数(MO)、红细胞宽度(RDW)之间比较差异显著(P<0.05);血液生化值雄雌小鼠比较,白蛋白(Alb)、甘油三酯(TG)差异非常显著(P<0.01),其它指标差异不显著。结论该小鼠的生理生化指标值在雄雌间有一定的差异,但该值均在正常波动范围。

Abstract: Objective To measurement normal range of the blood routine values and blood biochemical parameters of the transgenic EGFP mice.Methods Blood samples were measured from 5~6 weeks age male and 6~7 weeks age female using an automatic biochemical analyzer.Results Making a comparison of the male and female EGFP mice,There were very significant differences between the values of Hb and PLT(P<0.01),And the level of Mo and RDW were showed significant differences(P<0.05)in the blood routine values;The Alb and TG had very significant differences in the blood biochemical parameters.Conclusion There were some differences to some blood indicators between the male and female EGFP mice,but were in normal range.
