脾虚症大鼠模型的建立及中药复方疗效观察

Establishment of Animal Model of Spleen Deficiency in Rats and Therapeutic Effects of Traditional China Medicine

摘要: 目的建立Wistar大鼠脾虚症消化不良(NUD)动物模型,初步观察中药复方对该症的疗效。方法将30只Wistar大鼠分为空白对照组、模型组和中药治疗组。用蕃泻叶法制备脾虚症模型,用中药复方治疗,观察体重及外观变化,测定消化道排空速率和血浆胃动素。结果用蕃泻叶法可成功制备脾虚症动物模型;中药组动物的小肠推进率和血浆胃动素均较模型组有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论用蕃泻叶法可制备Wistar大鼠NUD症模型,中药复方对NUD症疗效显著。

Abstract: Objective To establish the animal model of spleen deficiency(NUD) in Wistar rats,and study the therapeutic effects of TCM.Method 30 Wistar Rats were divided into blank contral group,model group and Chinese herb treatment group.The body weight,intestinal propulsion and plasma motilin were observed in 30 days.Result The body weight increased in the blank control group,intestinal propulsion was higher in the blank contral group,and plasma motilin was lower in this group.All results in Chinese herb treatment group were higher than those in the model group(P<0.01).Conclution The animal model of spleen deficiency can be established by Fanxieye.The therapeutic effects of Chinese herb is good.
