摘要： 目的 探讨戊巴比妥钠和苯巴比妥钠在犬外科实验中的麻醉效果。方法 实验犬 12 0只 ,随机分为两组 ,分别用 3%戊巴比妥钠注射液 (剂量 4 5mg/kg)和 5 %苯巴比妥钠注射液 (剂量 10 0mg/kg)行腹腔内注射麻醉 ,对比观察两组动物的各项麻醉指标。结果 戊巴比妥钠组的麻醉起效时间明显短于苯巴比妥钠组 (P 关键词: 犬, 实验麻醉, 戊巴比妥钠, 苯巴比妥钠 Abstract: Objective\ To investigate the anesthetic effects of sodium pentabarbital and sodium phenobarbital in the experimental surgery of dog. Method\ 120 experimental dogs randomly divided into two groups were injected with 3% sodium pentabarbital in a dosage of 45 mg/kg and 5% sodium phenobarbital in a dosage of 100mg/kg through peritoneal cavity, respectively. Several anesthetic indexes were observed and compared at the same time. Result\ The acting span in the group of sodium pentabarbital was obviously shorter than that of the group of sodium phenobarbital (\%P\%<0.01), and the number of dog failed to be anesthetized in the group of sodium pentabarbital was also less than that of the group of sodium phenobarbital (\%P\%<0.05). Conclusion\ Using sodium pentabarbital injected into peritoneal cavity is a fast, effective and safety way for animal experimental anesthesia, and can provide a good anesthetic effect for experimental surgery.
