摘要/Abstract

摘要： 根据文献报道及作者实验中的体会 ,对人肿瘤细胞悬液裸鼠皮下接种方法及影响移植成功的因素从瘤细胞、裸鼠和操作者等三方面进行综述。较好地认知人肿瘤细胞悬液裸鼠皮下接种的具体操作程序和影响移植是否成功的多方面因素 ,为人肿瘤裸鼠皮下移植模型成功建立提供参考

Abstract: Objective To improve the successful establishment of human tumor nude mice transplantation model subcutaneousely,authors reviewed the method and the effect factors of human tumor cell suspension inoculated subcutaneousely into nude mice.Methods According to reports and authors′ experience,we review the method and the effect factors of human tumor cell suspension inoculated subcutaneousely into nude mice from tumor cell,nude mice,experimenter etc.Results We see the specific method of operation and the effect factors of transplantation.Conclusions Paying more attention to the method and the effect factors of human tumor cell suspension may benefit to establish human tumor nude mice transplantation model subcutaneousely.
