摘要/Abstract

摘要： 用普通蒸汽灭菌柜代替投资成本和使用成本都非常高的脉动真空灭菌柜 ,对SPF鸡用饲料进行灭菌 ,效果毫不亚于后者 ,但需事先将饲料加水拌匀。该方案是我所在保持或提高鸡群净化质量的前提下 ,降低SPF鸡生物洁净室运行成本而进行探索的途径之一。

Abstract: It was preferable method that feed for specific pathogen free (SPF) chickens was sterilized by common electric steam sterilizer in place of fluctuating vacuum steam sterilizer, whose invest price and utilizing cost were rather high. And this process required that the feed should be wetted with water prior to sterilization. The result demonstated that the modified measure could lower operating costs for SPF chicken in bio-clean house as well as could keep or increase the microbes eliminating quality.
